About Us

Founded in 1998, L'ORAGE Ltd. is a New York based, independent film development and production company that does work as L'ORAGE Productions. In 2010, founder Tyler A. Chase was accredited as a representative of L'ORAGE (NGO) to attend the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland to screen a work in progress of A Castle in Brooklyn, the Serfdom of Kent (now called Blues for 475) for the Universal Periodic Review of Human Rights Violations and spoke on a panel there about preemptive forced eviction. 2012 Merit Award from Best Film Competition for Animal Crackers, (Pentimenti) and later the Accolaides Award for the same short narrative.
